You can service your loan account 24 hours a day by calling 0800 15 22 888* and following the automated instructions to:

Barclays will return the cheque to the payee with a covering letter detailing the reason for return. Whilst the payee is welcome to pay the cheque back into their account at any time, they should contact the drawer to ensure that the cheque will be paid upon re-presentation. Can I pay a cheque in at the post office? It varies from bank to bank but your best bet is to use a cheque deposit envelope. Post Office banking is available as normal during opening hours. When you make cheque deposits using your personalised paying in slip, the money won’t arrive in your account until we’ve delivered it to your bank. See your bank Terms and Conditions.   • You will automatically receive a statement on an annual basis from the date your loan account became active.
    If you require a statement in the interim period, you can obtain an up to date statement through our automated system 24 hours a day. Just call 0800 15 22 888*.
    Please ensure you have your 16 digit Barclays Partner Finance agreement number as this will be required to access your loan account information.

Barclays is a bank with branches in the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean islands.

If you are a customer of Barclays and have a current deposit account, you can use an ATM to deposit any checks that you may have. The Barclays cash machines accept both checks and cash for deposit. When depositing via Barclays ATM, you do not need a deposit slip.

Use the Barclays website (see Resources) to locate an ATM in your area, if you do not already know the location of one of the cash machines.

Insert your Barclays debit card into the machine, and enter in your PIN.

Sign the back of the check, and insert it into the deposit slot on the machine. Typically, this is on the upper-left corner of the machine. The lights on the deposit slot will be blinking to help you to identify it.

Confirm that you are done submitting checks by pressing the corresponding button on the machine. The button will be to the right of the screen and have a line on the screen pointing to it. If you are not done, you simply press the corresponding button with the line pointing to it indicating that you want to make another deposit. Wait for your receipts to print. You get two receipts for the deposit.
